Brianna has not only been featured in Oprah Magazine, she has worked side by side with celebrity hair stylist Ken Paves doing work for Biggest Loser and O Magazine. Certified in EasiHairPro extensions, Keratin Tip Extensions, and a Paul Mitchell Educator, Brianna loves that she gets to use her creativity to help people fall in love with their hair. When Brianna isn’t specializing in long hair design, bridal, cutting and color she loves spending time with her family and traveling!
Heather Biondo

Heather joined our team as a stylist in August of 2016 and went on to partner in our Clinton Township location in December of 2020. She specializes in creating custom, lived-in colors for each client, bridal styling, and enjoys making her guests feel like the best versions of themselves when they leave her chair. You can catch her spending time with her husband, family, and friends any time she is not at the salon.
Carly V
Regional Director
Carly V has been a part of The Salon Collective since January of 2021. She started as part time front desk staff and has worked her way up to Clinton Township’s Salon Manager as well as Director of all our salon locations. A true jack-of-all-trades, Carly is committed to creating a welcoming environment for both guests and team members, ensuring exceptional customer service and seamless daily operations. With a genuine love for her job, she takes immense pride in supporting her team, building strong guest relationships, and helping the salon thrive while delivering an outstanding experience for everyone who walks through the door. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, playing video games with her daughter, and building Legos with her husband.
Haley Schneider
Master Stylist
Haley is the Clinton Township Salon Director and has been a stylist at Paul Mitchell the Salon since 2017. She specializes in blonding, cutting, and EHP Hand tied and tape-in extensions. In her spare time, she likes to read, travel with family, and spend quality time with her husband, son, and dog.
Genna Dickman
Senior Stylist
Genna has been a member of our team since December of 2017. She specializes in extensions, including both hand tied and tape in extensions and also specializes in blonding and coloring! She’s a wife and mama to her growing family, which wouldn’t be complete without her sweet dog, Daisy!
Grace Aiken
Master Stylist
Grace has been a stylist at The Salon Collective in Clinton Township since February 2019 and joined the leadership team as Co-Director in 2022. She loves doing all things blonding and extensions behind the chair and is also the Clinton Township salon’s mens cutting specialist. When she’s not at the salon, Grace loves all things fitness and travel!
Alyson Berg
Senior Stylist
Aly has been a stylist at The Salon Collective since it was Ken Paves Salon. She specializes in NovaLash lash extensions, EHP hair extensions, and makeup. When she’s not doing lashes and hair, she loves being “Honey” to her two grandsons, Ezra and Miles.
Emma Watson
Stylist
Emma has been a member of The Salon Collective team since November 2024. She is passionate about creativity and custom, lived-in hair color. When she’s not at the salon, you can find her spending time out in nature with her dog, Luna, or being a foodie at the hot, new restaurant in town!
Sophia Sharkey
Protégé
Sophia graduated from Paul Mitchell the School Great Lakes in the summer of 2025 and officially joined The Salon Collective in January 2026. She has always loved how hair can completely transform the way someone feels. Her favorite part of working in the salon world is being able to use the creative side of her brain. She loves blonding services and giving an amazing blow out. In her free time, she is a reader and concert-goer.
